Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Oxbee, we strive to deliver high-quality sunglasses and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately:📧 support@oxbee.in
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under limited conditions to maintain product quality and prevent misuse. Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery by contacting:

Products will be eligible for return only if:

The item is unused and in original condition

All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

The product shows no signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer
Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost.
Oxbee does not provide free return shipping.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected after inspection.
3. Refund Policy
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued only in the form of a credit note that can be used for future purchases.
A ₹200 convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after a ₹200 convenience fee deduction.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
All returned products undergo a quality inspection once received.
Refund timelines:

Store Credit / Gift Coupon: Within 3 days after successful quality check

Bank Transfer (NEFT): 3–7 working days after approval
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 2 days of delivery.

Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or missing items may not be accepted.
6. Important Customer Notice
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
This helps us verify issues quickly and prevent fraudulent claims, ensuring fair service for all customers.
