Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Oxbee, we strive to deliver high-quality sunglasses and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under limited conditions to maintain product quality and prevent misuse.

Return Eligibility

Products will be eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • The product shows no signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer.

Customers must ship the product back to us at their own expense. Oxbee does not provide free return shipping.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected after inspection.

3. Refund Policy

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases.

A ₹200 convenience fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after deducting a ₹200 convenience fee.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Refund Timelines

  • Store credit will be issued to your registered email address within 3 business days after approval. Store credit will remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

  • Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 2 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos of the product

  • An unboxing video showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items may not be accepted.

6. Important Customer Notice

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video while opening their package.

This helps us verify issues quickly, prevent fraudulent claims, and ensure fair service for all customers.

7. Exchange / Replacement Policy

Approved exchanges or replacements will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
