Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Oxbee. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
In case of high order volumes or unexpected logistics disruptions, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you immediately via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days across major domestic regions.
- Expedited Shipping (If Available): Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are subject to local transit factors. Remote or rural locations may require additional transit days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a unique Tracking Number.
The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can use this tracking number directly on our courier partner’s portal to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Regions
We currently offer shipping to addresses across India. Please ensure that your complete delivery address, postal code, and contact number are entered accurately at checkout to avoid shipping delays or return-to-origin (RTO) incidents.
5. Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
Our delivery partners will typically make three attempts to deliver your package to the designated address. If the delivery fails due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Unavailability of the recipient after multiple contact attempts.
- Refusal to accept the package.
The package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to arrange a redelivery.
6. Damages & Lost Shipments
Oxbee takes full responsibility for products damaged or lost during transit.
If you receive your package in a severely damaged condition, please take clear photos or a brief unboxing video of the box before opening it.
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at our contact email, and we will initiate a replacement or refund process immediately.
